I am backing away from that, but continuing the tracking and putting some effort in some exercise. I feel like I need to know if I made it through the weekend or a night out, etc. without gaining or if I did gain, how much and can I fix it on time for my actual weigh in. When I'm closer to my goal I'd like to go a month without weighing myself to see how I actually do.Bailey @ Onederland or Bust!https://www.blogger.com/profile/16837787759951587229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1673861607173014180.post-48381397440597022842012-06-02T21:06:08.786-04:002012-06-02T21:06:08.786-04:00Daily weighing is tough. I worry that unless I check daily, I won't lose weight. Totally irrational, I know. I like it because I can see how what I do daily affects my weight, but I also know that long-term/in maintenance, I want to weigh less often - weekly, maybe monthly, possibly never. It's very different for everyone, based on his/her own situation.Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13359034187016317580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1673861607173014180.post-43481165908963036822012-06-01T20:44:24.379-04:002012-06-01T20:44:24.379-04:00Congrats on your loss!! Granted, I might weigh myself four times on Monday morning, but that is it for the week! I get too caught up in what the scale says versus how I feel if I weigh myself more than once. It's just a number, and honestly, not always an accurate one at that!

Keep up the great work! That Loud Redheadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01975412818556643713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1673861607173014180.post-84207033731273260082012-06-01T12:20:31.125-04:002012-06-01T12:20:31.125-04:00Thank you!

I at least want to try it for one week and after that, I'll see. I might let myself weigh in once (after the weekend) to make sure I stay accountable.Bailey @ Onederland or Bust!https://www.blogger.com/profile/16837787759951587229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1673861607173014180.post-75849268150598410602012-06-01T11:47:51.565-04:002012-06-01T11:47:51.565-04:00Thanks for stopping by my blog! I gain and lose a lot of water and it plays nasty tricks on my brain! Plus, now that I'm in my 40s, it's so much harder to lose!Tinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13857836351568153432noreply@blogger.com
